What Student Council does at Academia Moderna

Represent the student body: AMCS Student Council servesas the official voice of students, sharing your ideas, interests, and concerns with the school administration.

Organize events:We plan and execute various activities, such as spirit weeks, morning assemblies, and helping with fundraisers.

Promote school spirit:We work to create a more positive and engaged school environment for everyone.

Develop leadership skills:We provide a platform for students to develop valuable leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
How to get involved
- All 4th and 5th Grade students who exhibit leadership qualities are invited to run for Student Council. Students should be in good academic standing, and will be recommended by their homeroom teacher.
- Currently we have 6 representatives from the 5th Grade (2 per classroom), and 3 representatives from the 4th Grade (1 per classroom).
- All class representatives are voted in by their classmates.
